Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using WISDOM Effect ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Commercial Use & Publishing License (Amazon KDP)

When you generate puzzle books using a paid subscription plan (Starter or Pro) or purchased download credits, WISDOM Effect grants you a full commercial, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, print, distribute, and sell the generated puzzle interiors on platforms including Amazon KDP, Etsy, IngramSpark, or personal stores.

📌 Free & Trial User Watermark Requirement: Generated books on the Free / Freemium tier contain mandatory watermarks and are for personal evaluation only. Commercial publishing of watermarked or Free-tier generated content is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Credit Rules

  • Billing Processor: Payments and subscription management are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
  • Monthly Subscription Credits: Credits are granted monthly according to your plan allowance (2,500 for Starter, 10,000 for Pro). Subscription credits reset on each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Top-Up Credit Packs: Purchased top-up credit packs never expire and remain available on your account until consumed.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage Subscription portal in your Account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist any third party in doing so. Prohibited actions include:

  • Creating accounts using disposable or temporary email domains.
  • Attempting to bypass credit deduction systems, reverse engineer puzzle generation algorithms, or disrupt server infrastructure.
  • Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing custom graphics, fonts, or assets.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

WISDOM Effect retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the core software platform, editor interface, DLX solver engines, and vector rendering software. You retain full ownership of your custom design modifications, uploaded elements, and compiled book titles.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISDOM Effect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including print rejections or loss of publishing revenue.
